At the same time, with digital communications increasing, how can we communicate effectively without feeling overloaded? Human connection is a powerful enabler of wellbeing and performance at work yet loneliness is a challenge in digital work.
In this session you will discover the science behind human connection and its link to wellbeing. Understand how common it is to feel disconnected at work and how leaders need to care for this within their teams. Learn the four principles of meaningful connection to build strong human connection in remote workplaces. Discover that you are not alone in remote work and how thrive with a sense of connection while remote working.
